Eric Carr Design is a boutique graphic design and web development firm specializing in support to the Department of Defense and other Federal Government agencies.
Since 2004 Eric’s clients have included individuals, small and medium sized businesses, large government contractors, and the federal government. This broad range of clientele has allowed Eric to develop exemplary communication skills and to understand the needs of diverse stakeholders.
His strengths include creative problem resolution, attentiveness to his client’s requirements, perfectionist devotion to details, timely completion of projects, and consistent performance within client’s the specified budget. He has worked as an individual and as part of a team and he understands that these different types of work require different skill sets and different types of planning to ensure the desired result.
Eric has extensive experience in both print design and web development. He is an expert in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. He has a solid background handling and coordinating complex documents drafted by multiple authors. His skill set includes working in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word formats. His web design skills include strong capability in Adobe Dreamweaver, PHP, CSS and MySQL. He is comfortable working in both Mac and PC environments.
He graduated from the Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors of Communication majoring in Advertising. In 2011 he enhanced his existing web-design expertise with formal training through the Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts in Georgetown, Washington DC. He graduated with a certificate in Web Development in May 2012.
