Problem
The DON IM/IT/Cyberspace Strategic Plan outlines the priorities of the Department of the Navy over a five year period. The fiscal realities in the Defense community today and in the future will not support the continued development and delivery of Information management (IM), Information Technology (IT), and Information resources Management (IRM) capabilities as they had been over the last ten years. As such the Navy has developed a Strategic Plan to move the organization in the same direction.
Solution
Originally a one page document this project expanded into a 32 page booklet outlining the Navy's approach to its goals.
